What if i received my order damaged?

Once you receive your order then you found out that it is damaged so please send us a picture for the damaged product on [email protected] and we will give you a call within 24 hours maximum to solve the situation.

What is the return policy?

We do return damaged orders or if you received a product which is not the same as what you ordered.

If the above is your case please send us an email on [email protected] with a picture of the product and we will give you a call within 24 hours to proceed with the returning process which will take maximum 3 to 7 working days to receive the replacement or refund.

Can I Cancel my order?

It is unfortunate for us to cancel your order but the process will be asp the following:

How Long it will take for the refund?

Refund will take 3 working days for cash payment and 4 to 15 working days for online payment depending on the customer’s bank process

Can I exchange items or color?

We will be glad to help with that but you need to contact us within the first 2 hours of your order or else you can’t exchange items as it will be shipped by then.
