For orders inside Egypt, we do have cash on delivery & Online payments

For orders outside Egypt, we do have online payment only.

What if my order arrived damaged?


Once you receive your order and you found out that it is damaged so please send us a picture for the damaged product on info@themobmarket.com and we will give you a call within 24 hours maximum to solve the situation.

Can I Cancel my order?

It is unfortunate for us to cancel your order by visiting your account and cancel your order before it is shipped only.

How Long it will take for the refund?


Refund will take 3 working days for cash payment and 4 to 15 working days for online payment depending on the customer’s bank process

Can I exchange items or color?


Yes but you need to contact us before order is shipped or else you can’t exchange items.
